Step by step usage

  1. Examine the example and prepare the blank file

One line is one time. Include the empty return for this job in the total mileage. Income and expenses must be based on the same tax and currency. Subcontractor expenses should not be added to other expenses a second time. Verify missing invoice amounts before writing them off as absolute zero. Use the yellow input fields on the tracking page; Do not change the blue formula fields. The sample sheet is filled with fictitious records and does not count towards the actual work total.

  2. Write actual records in the yellow fields

The expedition cost is the sum of four direct expenses. The expedition contribution is revenue minus this cost. TL/km cost is calculated as total cost / trip kilometre. General TL/km is total cost / total mileage. The negative contribution remains visible. Creates a zero mileage or negative expense record control. An empty mandatory field is distinguished from a real zero. Correct missing or incorrect records in the control column; Since these lines are excluded from the summary, do not use the total as a final report until the problem is resolved.

  3. Fix control alerts and review summary

Check out low contribution routes. Include the blank return in the price negotiation.
