Step by step usage
Examine the example and prepare the blank file
Directly enter the finalized service fee for each transaction. The file does not derive the legal commission rate from the sales price. Write the advisor share as a percentage. The share is calculated on the total price; It does not mean actual payment authorization based on collection. Keep the contract and collection record separately. Use the yellow input fields on the tracking page; Do not change the blue formula fields. The sample sheet is filled with fictitious records and does not count towards the actual work total.
Write actual records in the yellow fields
Consultant share is service fee × entered rate, office share is service fee minus consultant share. Open collection is the subtraction of the total collected from the service fee. The ratio must be between 0% and 100%. If the collection exceeds the amount, a record check is requested. Upper totals show contractual shares and open collection separately; It does not show the bank balance. An empty mandatory field is distinguished from a real zero. Correct missing or incorrect records in the control column; Since these lines are excluded from the summary, do not use the total as a final report until the problem is resolved.
Fix control alerts and review summary
Compare the shares to the agreement. Also keep track of the uncollected amount.
