Step by step usage

  1. Examine the example and prepare the blank file

Each individual equipment lease is a separate line. If the actual refund has not yet occurred, leave this field blank; Do not write 0. Get the daily wage from the contract. This file counts the day of departure and return; same day rental is for one day. Not suitable for contracts that use hourly or differential day counting. Use the yellow input fields on the tracking page; Do not change the blue formula fields. The sample sheet is filled with fictitious records and does not count towards the actual work total.

  2. Write actual records in the yellow fields

For open rentals, the number of days is the check date minus exit + 1; The actual return on a closed lease is calculated as minus exit + 1. The amount is the number of days × daily rate. Return delay is the positive portion of the used finish that exceeds the planned return. If the actual return is in the future or before checkout, a check alert appears. Date fields represent duration; It is not an invoice or collection. An empty mandatory field is distinguished from a real zero. Correct missing or incorrect records in the control column; Since these lines are excluded from the summary, do not use the total as a final report until the problem is resolved.

  3. Fix control alerts and review summary

Look for open equipment that is lagging. Verify the return date with the delivery record.
