Step by step usage
Examine the example and prepare the blank file
Record the weights on the same dry weighing basis. Do not compare wet and dry kilograms. Each acceptance job is a separate line; The delivery quantity is cumulative dry kilograms. The price is calculated based on the accepted total. Do not use this file for jobs that are priced only per piece. Use the yellow input fields on the tracking page; Do not change the blue formula fields. The sample sheet is filled with fictitious records and does not count towards the actual work total.
Write actual records in the yellow fields
It is the kg accepted minus the delivery pending delivery. The work price is the accepted kilogram × kilogram price. Open payment is the total collection amount minus the price. If the delivered amount exceeds the acceptance or collection amount, a control warning occurs. The summary shows the remaining kilogram and open TL amount separately; Payment does not seal the delivery. An empty mandatory field is distinguished from a real zero. Correct missing or incorrect records in the control column; Since these lines are excluded from the summary, do not use the total as a final report until the problem is resolved.
Fix control alerts and review summary
Put the remaining work on the delivery schedule. Reconcile weighing differences with the customer.

Is piecework suitable for dry cleaning?
No. The calculation is based on kilograms. If you enter the price per piece as the price per kilogram, the result will be meaningless.
