Step by step usage
Examine the example and prepare the blank file
Enter total expenses for each bouquet or order. Collect the cost of mixed flowers from supply records first. The preparation cost is the labor cost you determine yourself. If you have included the courier fee received from the customer in the sales price, show the expense in the delivery field; Do not add the same amount twice. Use the yellow input fields on the tracking page; Do not change the blue formula fields. The sample sheet is filled with fictitious records and does not count towards the actual work total.
Write actual records in the yellow fields
The direct cost is flowers + packaging + preparation + delivery. Contribution sales price minus this cost; Open collection is the sales price minus the collection. The negative contribution is preserved. If the collection exceeds the sales price, a control warning occurs. The parent summary collects cost, contribution, and balance separately; It does not show the collected money as profit. An empty mandatory field is distinguished from a real zero. Correct missing or incorrect records in the control column; Since these lines are excluded from the summary, do not use the total as a final report until the problem is resolved.
Fix control alerts and review summary
Examine orders with high courier costs. Check the payment balance before delivery.
