Shiftmate terms of use. Review the terms of use of the shift, tally and team management service.
Service scope
Shiftmate offers shift planning, demand management, team coordination and tallying tools on web, iOS and Android. The Service is not a payroll, legal or tax consultancy product.
Account and workplace liability
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login information, and provide the necessary information and legal basis for employee data. Business owners are responsible for role, access, and registration usage.
Card printing and verification
Card printing time is determined by the server. QR and location control are only used when the merchant administrator enables it. These records are not payroll or wage accounts alone.
Hizmet durumu
We endeavor to provide the Service with reasonable care but do not guarantee that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. Mandatory consumer and other legal rights are reserved.
Silme ve sona erme
You can initiate an account deletion request in the app via Profile > Account Deletion Request or at teamshiftapp.com/delete-account. Access may be suspended in case of security risk, breach of terms or legal obligation.
