Name, email, optional phone, role, workplace, shift, availability, leave and change requests, payroll records, support messages, application interactions, device identifiers and diagnostic data may be processed. The exact location is only captured during the relevant card printing process when the merchant has enabled location verification; There is no constant location tracking.
Use and sharing
The data is used to provide the service, verify the account, perform shift and tally transactions, send notifications, ensure security and troubleshoot errors. Infrastructure providers such as Google Firebase and Google Cloud can be used. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising tracking.
Storage and security
Data is retained as long as necessary for service, security, dispute and legal obligations. The transfer uses encryption, access controls, App Check, and server-side authorization.
Haklar ve hesap silme
You can manage your profile information from the application and initiate a deletion request via Profile > Account Deletion Request or at teamshiftapp.com/delete-account. Personal data in active systems is deleted or anonymized; Security records, backups and legally required records may be kept for a limited time.
