Delete your Shiftmate account

Request deletion of your Shiftmate account and associated personal data in the app or on the web.

Open the Profile section in the Android, iOS or web app, select Account Deletion Request and confirm the request.

Deletion request via web

If you cannot access the application, send an account deletion request to privacy@teamshiftapp.com, specifying your account email and business name, if applicable. We may request additional information to verify your identity.

The account profile and personal data associated with the account are deleted from active systems or anonymized.

Limited retention

Security records, backups and workplace records that must be kept by law may be kept for a limited time. For details, see the Privacy Policy at teamshiftapp.com/privacy.
